NuMee is a wellness framework developed by FAB (First Abu Dhabi Bank) in conjunction with Diego Carrete, founder of LEENR, that empowers its employees to tailor their wellness journey according to their unique requirements in body, mind, and ambitions.

Rather than enforcing rigid wellness policies, NUMEE adopts a more proactive approach by promoting self-awareness and extending full-fledged support.

Deliverable

Primary:

Our brief was to create a visual identity that could scale to external entities (outside the bank network), be aesthetically appealing & clutter breaking; this entailed the logo, color pallet & design communication

Secondary:

To support our primary objective, we also had to create the;

  • Program name
  • Brand statements
  • Poster samples

Process

Research:

  • Our first job was to understand the program and how it would interact & impact the bank employees 
  • Profile the employees based on their personal & professional health habits
  • GAP analysis of potential global competitors (other wellness programs)

Execution:

  • We derived the name from the foundation pillars of the program through creative play of typography; making it easily identifiable, explanatory and memorable
  • Articulated the brand message, tagline & value system
  • Created the overall design language for the brand 

Results & Reception

The program launched its first phase of Ergonomics with extremely high participation & engagement in October 2023 and will be hitting global branches in early 2025.
